These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ISMA Eropah website, related pages, and ISMA Trivia. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting forms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You may sign in with a username and password or with Google. One person should not maintain multiple accounts to manipulate quiz rankings or leaderboard standings.

ISMA Eropah provides community content, event information, news, and an educational quiz experience. ISMA Trivia is offered for learning and reflection. Quiz content is provided for general educational purposes and does not constitute formal religious, legal, or professional advice.

We may update quiz questions, scoring, features, or availability at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to cheat, manipulate scores, scrape content, or interfere with authentication, leaderboards, or site security.
• Upload or display offensive, misleading, infringing, or impersonating profile information.
• Use automated tools to access the site without our permission.
• Harass other users or misuse contact or submission forms.

You retain responsibility for profile details you provide (such as display name, avatar, and optional social handles). By participating in ISMA Trivia, you understand that your display name, avatar, score, and rank may be shown publicly on the leaderboard.

We may remove or edit content, suspend accounts, or remove leaderboard entries that violate these Terms or community standards.

The ISMA Eropah name, branding, website design, articles, media, event materials, and quiz content are owned by ISMA Eropah or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing as intended by the site.

Our services rely on third-party providers such as Supabase, Google, and Vercel. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

The website and ISMA Trivia are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all content is complete or current at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISMA Eropah and its volunteers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or ISMA Trivia. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, if any, or zero where the services are provided free of charge.

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue a feature or the service altogether.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ISMA Eropah's operations in Europe, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country, those rights remain unaffected.
